Hi, I got an check from ebay as an reimbursement for the claim I have recieved. But I have an account with the name : Bhavani Prasad Allangi

but I recieved the check with the name Bhavani A prasad .
and because of this I am not able to deposit the money in my account.

So How should I contact ebay regarding this. I mean which link or can I call them up . Can anybody tell the procedure to do this.

I think if you will contact ebay team they will rectify it soon.

My credit union claims that if I buy something on line and let's say for example... I never receive my widget and I file for a charge back. She claimed my credit union eats it, she rarely gets the money from the merchant. She said once in a blue moon she is able to collect from PayPal however, it is rare. She claims this is the same with all merchants and not just PayPal

Are you sure it was eBay, and not Pay Pal (which in fact it is the same, but Pay Pal handles payments)

Anyway, if it was Pay Pal, check that if it was actually Pay Pal that refunded your money, and not the actual seller. Sellers can refund your money as well, but they can do it automatically, without the need of a check. Or perhaps if the time span of the refund wore off, then they might of sent you a check, and accidentally spelled your name wrong.

I'd contact eBay first, via e-mail and see what they tell you.
