Well my buyer thought he was buying something and actually got something else, and paid $500 for it. The buyer did not read the listing at all, and bid and thought he bid on what he wanted.

He filed a dispute via paypal and claim got escalted and paypal told him to go file a police report, and I am wth is that? Should I (as seller) worry about this? It is not my fault the buyer did not read this listing why should he go file a police report?

Most likely you will win the case, if it clearly says in your auction that it's not what he/she thought. A police report is used to report criminal activity, since its $500, they might consider getting involved. However, like I said, let me take a look at the auction, and I'll try to help you out.

I highly doubt you'll get arrested or fined, at the worst, you might have to refund his/her $$$.
