No, on ebay it sais "buyer beware". Never return any money
You could say it was a car and send them a paper clip and they still can't do anything about it. I bought a game before and it came as a pic of the game. Insurance will cover anyways wait for resolution

PayPal will not give a refund if the item was received.
If the buyer paid for insurance, then you need to give them the insurance info, and they have to file a claim. The recipient ALWAYS has to start the claim process. If the seller did not actually get insurance on the item, but charged for it, the seller needs to refund, but is allowed to wait until the item is returned. You can tell them to ship it back to you at their expense and you will refund the money, and if it is broken, the original shipping charges. Regardless do not refund anything until the item is returned to you. PayPal will NOT refund the money to them.
