Tesas Tea Mails is a PTR (Paid to Read) website with the most honest Admin I've met to date. When I first signed up, I had the wrong paypal ID in the payout section. After about 2 weeks I got an unrequested payout. I thought it was pretty sweet, untill I went to my paypal and it wasn't there. I went back to the site and let the admin know. Then yesterday I get a paymet for the amount of my first unrequested payment. He said paypal had refunded the money so he passed it back to me. I don't know many admins that would willing pay me when I already think the money is gone.....

Anyway, Tesas sends out 90-130 e-mails every day. a vast majority of them are .55 cent e-mails. If you have verified paypal, you get paid out at the end of every week. The site appears to be up and doing but I tried several times to sign up all to no avail. There are too many rules and regulations which would scare the casual surfer away. Is there anything I missed that made it this difficult?
