Update about payments:

Today when cronjob was running to set pending I discovered a major problem in the script. After pending was set, it showed up twice in back office. Know we had a lot of pendings, but twice the size was not to be. Good news is that I did not start payments before this was discovered.

Now my main concern is to figure out first why the system acted that way. Next to get it corrected. Right now we have 750 pending payments to sort out. That itself is a huge number. I will update you all when I can survey the size. I am sorry that this will cause waiting for your money, but can not start that part as it is now. However I'm sure that it'll be fixed pretty soon.

Also a good news to follow.

We have found our name for the processor in last A-Team meeting. First I want to thank all the many suggestions sent in. It was overwhelming! Many good offers were sent and by vote we ended up on FoxPay.

We have just now received a message from host telling that we have a huge syn flood (ddos) attack on the site. We are not able to protect this size of attack right away and need to work it out. The attack is too big to handle and it clearly shows that someone wants us down. I am very upset over the host response time in this matter and there is no excuse for letting us waiting for more than 24hours without clear information on what is going on.

This is what we do.
On Monday I contact my old host and get a server setup there. Only reason I changed from there was that there IP did not support egold mass payment. But that?s old history and not used any more. However the support was excellent with direct phone support 24/7. Server can be setup in a day and also gives us some time to next move on a fresh IP.
I will contact Prolexic sale department and get the setup on there network fastest possible. This should be done in same day server is moved.

Know we lose days, but really nothing to do with that. Main target is to get this going as great as it is and get on. So no more to say than I know we be behind 3 maybe 4 days. But again, if I make it stable on that with this new solution I think you all agree. And don?t worry about your investment, just expect the small delay on it.

Sorry that for some good reasons not able to post out to any members. Hope all you in here can support me and get the message out to those who didn?t se it..

Nice to see site back, and host solved the problems. I have just been over the situation and know now what is needed.

First thing is that I run Surf Holiday (surf earnings) on accounts; this will give me less work to manual add expired upgrades.

After this I manual run through pendings account to check for errors or other issues.

Next I start calculate last days balances to get the right view of situation and better inform all of you.

Then I start do the last corrections of the pending issue last Friday. This should be done in 2 hr.

Total time frame should be 6+ hours to proceed payments what I think many waits on.

Do note that I have many, many tickets and will not be able to answer any of them today.

Also do note that all missing surf will be credited account, but there is about 3 days work to get all done. Please DO NOT send in tickets on this subject.

Also feel free to do upgrade or re-upgrade on lr if you wish, this will not interfere in the current upgrades/ pending work at all. Know that paypro users are not able to re-upgrade, but this functions need a script ad, what I don?t have on current time.

Now plan is still to switch server to old and get best protection out there. Server will be ordered today and a server change should be able tomorrow sometimes. Do note that changing DNS pointing can occur site not available up to 24hr in local areas.
